When you use the AI video creation feature, the photos, prompts, and style/motion configurations you select are securely transmitted to AI processing services to generate the video result requested by the user.
5.2 Processing Transparency
The user must actively select media or enter prompts and initiate the video generation operation.
Cinevia: AI Video Maker does not secretly capture content or upload photos or videos in the background without an action initiated by the user.
Selected content is used only to perform the requested operation, deliver the generated result, protect the security of the service, and comply with applicable legal requirements.
AI-generated results may be inaccurate or unrealistic. Users should review generated content before saving, publishing, or sharing it.
We do not sell personal information.
We may share limited information with service providers only when necessary to operate the app, including:
AI processing providers used to process prompts and images for video generation;
cloud hosting or temporary storage providers used to process and deliver content;
analytics or crash-reporting providers used to maintain app performance;
